Former India skipper MS Dhoni silenced his critics with his phenomenal show with the bat in Australia. The 37-year-old veteran also bagged the Man of the Series award for slamming three fifties in the ODI series against Australia. Dhoni amassed 193 runs in the three innings and was dismissed just once. He also took India over the line at Adelaide and MCG to help Virat Kohli’s team India create history. But, why is Dhoni’s picture on Twitter trending? The apex cricketing body ICC made Dhoni’s picture their cover photo and that has given his fans a reason to rejoice.
Here is how Twitter celebrated Dhoni as the cover photo of ICC:

He also joined Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, and Rohit Sharma to become the fourth Indian batsman to register 1000+ runs in Australia. Dhoni will now have a busy schedule leading up to the ICC World Cup. He will now tour New Zealand which will be followed with Australia coming to India and then the IPL.
